Tasting Notes

Matured in bottled for more than 5 years before release and made from grapes sourced from 7 Grand Cru Villages in the Cotes de Blancs and Montagne de Reims. Exceptional concentration, elegance and weight. You are supposed to well chill Champagne but I much prefer to treat Champagnes like this as I would a fine white Burgundy - slightly chilled.
