Every so often, we encounter a producer that perfectly bridges the gap between ancient tradition and modern sustainability. This month, we are delighted to introduce you to Hecht & Bannier / Cellier des Dames.
What began as a passion project in the sun-drenched Languedoc has come full circle, as founders Gregory Hecht and François Bannier return to their roots in Burgundy. From the easygoing nature of their organic Picpoul de Pinet to the artisanal precision of their Côte Chalonnaise Pinot Noir, these wines are a masterclass in terroir-driven winemaking.
In our latest blog post, we explore their journey from B Corp pioneers in the South to their new, boutique "Dames de Bourgogne" project.
