A blend of rosé and Pinot Noir of Bouzy Grand Cru. Its colour comes from Pinot Noir grapes, specially picked in the vineyards for their maturity, and slightly “fermented in their skins”. This champagne is stored in the cellar on its fine lees for three years to develop the distinctive properties of Pommery Rosé

Tasting Notes

Delicate pale pink with slightly salmon tones. Fine and persistent bubbles. Small fine bubbles with red berry fruit. Soft, generous, fresh, vibrant and rounded.
Very elegant rosé bursting with finesse.
